Their communication was professional and they responded quickly to all of our questions, clearly excited about being part of our special day. The crew arrived on time and set up a beautiful display for our wedding rehearsal dinner. The food was absolutely delicious - the crab cakes were our favorite! They even helped accommodate us which was at the last minute, handling everything seamlessly. The clean-up was quick and efficient too. “I’m basically speechless. This company is truly so amazing! They made all my wedding dreams come true and they are top notch with service ensuring my husband and I were taken care of! Always ensuring we have a drink in hand and snack or meal when and if needed! They took care of us in EVERY ASPECT! Even to the point I was able to walk down the aisle and the manger on site from simply fresh that day noticed my pocket of my wedding dress was sticking out so I was able to fix it before going down the aisle, so glad she told me because my pocket sticking out in all the photos of a once in a lifetime moment would have really not been great! They have incredible communication from before you book, after you book the tasting and just being flexible for meeting and walk through! The food was incredible (like seriously INCREDIBLE) and they ensured EVER single detail was exactly as I dreamed! I really am so happy I booked with simply fresh and would over and over 100 times again!!! If your unsure about to to book with for catering stop looking now and book simply fresh I’m the most sure you will not regret it! Wish we had some pictures of the food. All of the food was plated beautifully! Even our salad had eatable flowers! (I mean come on) and I really just could not have asked for anything more from simply fresh! For our cocktail hour we did crab cakes, stuffed mushrooms and bruschetta! For dinner we did a garden salad, a chicken option, a steak option and a veggie option they were all to die for! Like seriously people are still talking about how amazing the food was and our wedding was over a month ago.”

“It was such a pleasure working with Debbie and her team at Windows. They did an amazing job catering our wedding of about 110 people. From the very beginning of the process Debbie was thoughtful, professional, and brought so much attention to detail in our planning. The tasting was fun and allowed us an opportunity to pick and choose what would work best for day of. I also appreciated Debbie’s input when it came to the menu. We had several guests with food allergies and dietary restrictions and windows were able to accommodate all of them. Knowing we not be working with a florist, Windows provided our center pieces. Beautiful white flowers and greenery surrounding three candle holders of different heights. A beautiful touch that helped bring the space together. When it came to day of planning, Debbie was able to help with managing a smooth timeline and ensure all the food was prepared and ready tasting its absolute best. We’ve received tons of compliments on how delicious the food was from our guests. The short rib melted in your mouth and the Halibut was cooked to perfection and served to guests quickly not compromising its quality. For our vegan friends they noted the cauliflower steak was one of the best dishes they’ve had at a wedding. All in all we cannot recommend Windows enough! There are usually two ways people remember wedding food and we feel so lucky that guests walked away full and raving about how good ours was!”

“From the moment we reached out to them for a consultation to the end of our wedding, working with the Appetites by RJ team was a calm blessing in the flurry of wedding planning. They were always extremely responsive, kind, flexible, professional, and warm. We are a queer couple and they treated us like family from the beginning. Most importantly the food was AMAZING. Our guests are still talking about it, especially the mac and cheese and cornbread. We also hired them as our bartending team, and they did a great job with that as well. On wedding day, everything went without a glitch, and they made sure us as the wedding couple were fed and provided drinks throughout the night, so we actually got to really enjoy their delicious food.
