Hi! I'm Cassandra, full-time flower lover and designer. New mom to my son, River and doodle owner. When I’m not flowering, I love to cook (more-so eat), go on hikes and spend beach days in Belmar where I can watch my husband, Kirk, play volleyball. I’ve backpacked solo across 7 countries and traveled to many more. I love all the ADVENTURE! If it's not plain to see, I love working with flowers and creating special moments for our clients. We take on a limited amount of events per season so we can cater to each client personally so don't hesitate to reach out!

I have been in the creative floral industry for more than 30 years. Left my corporate job to play and create and I have never looked back. I have designed and created florals for weddings and events up and down the eastern seaboard, a small town boy never strays too far. My small company also offers Planning and Coordination packages and I have great relationships among many vendors and venues. After a decade as a pastry chef in NYC, Taylor traded flour for flowers. She started apprenticing at farms up and down the East coast starting in 2017, ending up at Weatherlow Farms working for Phoebe Poole. RTB is a culmination of years of hard work in luxury hospitality, and she’s now channeling her expertise into a new set of ingredients. The combination of flower farming and the attention to detail that comes with working in fine dining kitchens leads to an intimate and curated design process. Our relationships with our couples and dedication to achieving their vision is what excites us and drives us.

I first entered the floral design world as an intern in 2016 and noticed a lack of originality in designs and a need for more connection between the florist and the couple. When I started WFD in 2019, I decided to prioritize both artistic designs and building long-term relationships with each couple. Planning my own wedding in 2021 gave me an even deeper appreciation for the importance of receiving creative expertise and genuine support from wedding vendors.
