The venue is a cross between a church and a barn adorned with stained pine that is beautiful as-is or can be personalized with special touches to match your theme.

Since 2010, The Refinery at The Johnstone Sare Building have been involved in some of the most beautiful celebrations in Bartlesville. Our unique venue offers everything needed to create your perfect event. We always make sure to provide our guests with the best services, offering a wide variety of customizable layouts, décor, and design options.

Our venue has a art deco vibe from the marble floors to the built in bars, we have the capability to show movies, both indoor and outdoor covered spaces. Lots of perks come with our space from ceremony and reception chairs and tables, to ice machine, bars, in house speakers, custom acoustic paneling and more.

With a love for classic, stately beauty... and a vision of grandeur, Danise Smith, and daughter Breann Ashford purchased the property at I Street in Bentonville. Their passion for bringing life and excitement back into older things manifested with the renovation process as they created a grand bridal suite and party room in the 1930s home. Plans to build Bentonville's newest event venue and bridal party house began in August of 2014. While the Northwest Arkansas area offers a variety of more rustic, chic venues, the owners felt there was a great need for something polished, grand, and simply... white. The Ballroom at I Street is a venue that enables the bride and groom to personalize every aspect of their special day without the dictation of patterned walls and the distraction of colorful carpeting.

Our goal is to create a relaxed, stress-free day for our bride and groom. Meadow on the Mountain staff will be available during the rehearsal, the wedding, and the reception for any needs that you may have. We're here to make your day as easy as possible. However, we're not just a wedding venue. We also love hosting any other event you have in mind, like graduation parties, family reunions, and so much more. The Bell Tower Event Center is owned and operated by Teddy and Amy Gabbart. Bell Tower Event Center is located in Downtown Durant, Oklahoma, which makes it a great central location to host an event. Bell Tower was formerly known as The W – Wedding and Event Center but is historically known as the First United Methodist Church. The history of this building and its beautiful architecture make it a very unique venue for the Texoma area, and a perfect place for your next event! Built-in 1923, this 25,000 square foot historic church has three venues to choose from: The Parlor, The Chapel, and The Loft.
