The Flowerman was so easy to work with. I’ve never picked out flowers before so they led the discussion and helped me identify what I liked. They were on the ball every step of the way and knew what needed done before asking. The process was so stream lined huge relief for me. Before putting my flowers together we discussed my vision several times and sent pictures of what everything looked like before we even picked them up. 100% would work with them again.

      Awarded Best of Zola
Jen Angle of Wood & Word Blooms is truly a gem. These flowers are made of WOOD, yes wood flowers. She offers the ability to do a DIY bouquet party which is so unique to be able to say you made your bouquet! Unfortunately due to COVID my DIY party had to get cancelled but Jen was incredibly understanding and fit my order in to make it all herself; a bride bouquet, 6 bridesmaids bouquets, 7 boutonnières, 2 corsages, and a hair piece!! Working with her was so simple; I had a vision and she totally exceeded my expectations. She asks questions to truly grasp what you’re looking for and she provided a picture pdf list of flowers to choose from. She was so patient with me as I asked for help from her to pick flowers that would look good together. Jen made me feel confident in my choices and made sure that my bouquets were special; she even took the time to insert charms I provided her! I realized towards the end of wedding planning that because I was working with Jen, the flowers were one area I did not need to remotely stress about. I saw Jen’s work on her Instagram and knew she would create something extraordinary. Now my bridal party and I all have forever flowers! Finally, if you have any hesitation I highly suggest going to one of her classes! Before I booked Jen, I wanted to see what it would be like to work with her and knew immediately I could trust her through her professionalism, kindness, and humor! She holds awesome classes such as wreath making! Contact her sooner than later because she books up quick for a reason!

      Redlands, CA
      • Starts at $175
      • Serves Troy, OH

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

      Awarded Best of Zola
I chose to do the artificial floral rentals using the lovely lush package and picked the garden vibrance suite. I also added on some other items like the micro floral spray and the mini toss. These items really helped round out my reception. Using the rentals was perfect for me as I knew I simply did not want to have to put in a ton of time assembling floral arrangements and I didn’t have to worry about keeping them/giving them away. They also reached out to see more what I wanted in my keepsake bouquet and boutonnière where I was able to personalize and add succulents! After the ceremony and reception, I received many compliments on how well done the flowers were.

As my fiancé and I started the wedding planning process, we joked that our loose theme would be “flowers and love.” We knew we wanted lots of beautiful, lush florals as the primary decor focus, and also knew we didn’t want to spend the many thousands of dollars to achieve that look with a standard florist. If you’re in the same boat, and have an appetite for some DIYing, I’d STRONGLY recommend working with Bloom Culture. After some Googling for DIY wedding florals, I came across Bloom Culture and spoke with Allison for a custom consultation. During the call, Allison helped me express the type of floral look we were going for, and built out a custom floral package that would achieve it. She also laid out the delivery and prep process, and we landed on a final package and timeline for delivery. We received a LARGE box of flowers the week before the wedding and were immediately pleased with the quantity and quality of flowers we had received. Allison’s guide mentioned that some crushed or damaged blooms would be completely normal, but everything was so well packaged we didn’t notice more than a few damaged stems. From there, the DIYing began. Between unpacking, trimming, de-thorning, trimming again, building bouquets, arrangements, boutonnieres, etc, etc, it was a LOT of work. However, we referenced Allison’s guides (written, video tutorials) religiously and they laid out everything perfectly. She strongly recommends having plenty of assistants -- pay attention to this advice! Find a few trusted friends or family members who have time and artistic ability and it will make all the difference in your stress levels. The flowers all lasted beautifully for the wedding and we received so many compliments on how they looked. Allison - thank you for everything!

They made it super easy to connect with, and provided a flower portfolio with pictures to give you an idea of what the bouquets and boutonnieres would looks like. Very easy to communicate with and was willing to adjust anything if I didn't like anything. They were so good, that I loved all the choices they recommended based on my original request that I didn't even need to change a thing. Price was affordable as well and the ease of having them drop off at the venue made it less stressful as well. Thank you for everything!

Hi there! Viavi is a local flower farm + design company located in Southwest Michigan. We are all about the unique bits and the freshest of blooms! We offer three types of wedding services: Bucket Service, Á La Carte Service and Full Service florals, including all design & installations, as well as rental services. This tiered system is to designed to help each couple hit their own budget goals, not ours!

      Awarded Best of Zola
We did a combination of a la carte and bucket of bloom options from Viavi and it worked out beautifully. Suzi was wonderful to work with and very understanding of budget - whereas some florists have absurd minimums you have to meet. The flowers and colors were beautiful, and the greenery (eucalyptus) we got for the tables smelt amazing. The only downside was the flowers didn’t last long many days after the wedding, but that’s true of any flowers that are cut. Highly recommend.
