“We knew after speaking to Giuliana on the phone that we wanted to book with her. Our wedding was at the Victorian so we knew she was the expert on places for photo and how the space worked. She is such a fun (and cool) person and she worked with such a peace and ease on our wedding day. I felt like as soon as she arrived, the day was just full of fun things! She gives clear yet inviting direction with poses (we as a couple and individuals definitely liked having someone direct us in posing so we didn't just stand there awkwardly). I never felt like she was bossing us around and she asked several times if there were additional things we wanted photographed or groups of people. Giuliana made us feel right at home in front of her camera and our pictures are INCREDIBLE. I cannot speak enough to her patience and ease with family photos, portraits, and other vendors. I felt like she had quite the challenge with all of our portraits and things going on but she handled it with such ease and it truly flew by. We actually ended up with extra time to be alone during cocktail hour which we wanted but I was never sure we would actually get it with our photo list, but she made it happen! We also had Giuliana come up to us in DC for our engagement shoot which was so much fun. We had a blast shooting at the monuments and she handled the people and weather changes with such an ease which took a lot of stress off of us!”

“I met Christian about a year ago at a work function. She was kind and genuine which I really appreciate in people. About a year later, I decided to elope but the planning company I chose came with a photographer. I wanted Christian to photograph my elopement and was disappointed that it wouldn't happen. I knew I really wanted to work with Christian so I hired her for my after elopement/wedding session photos. I think it was one of the best decisions I made when it came to my elopement. Christian alleviated any anxiety I had when it came to any questions or worries that arose. It was starting to look like the weather wasn't panning out. She promptly responded with a plan of action giving me choices that made the entire situation easier and painless. She even (online) scouted locations in the area, leaving me to enjoy my elopement and not have to worry about another thing I needed to plan. Day of Christian made me feel beautiful. She complimented me and my husband, making us beam. He's usually very reserved in front of people. But her calming and accepting demeanor encouraged him to become himself and not be so camera shy. Christian was so communicative throughout the entire post process. Letting me know at what stage she was in the editing process. When I say the photos came out better than I could have imagined it is and understatement. I love the colors and the authentic moments she was able to catch between me and my husband. I love my gallery so much I'll be redoing our ACTUAL wedding photos with her in the upcoming future. If you're questioning if you should hire Christian, her value outweighs her cost 10 fold. We had a traditional wedding, and while it was the right decision for us at the time, looking back it could’ve been so much more intentional, focused on us + our relationship, and the things we’re the most passionate about.
