My florist friend shared Jackie's contact information with me and I contacted her to see if she had the capacity for a last-minute bouquet preservation. Luckily, she had availability and a few hours later, I was taking an impromptu day trip to Cold Spring with my husband. Jackie met us at the station and was so incredibly kind. She gave us a few suggestions of eateries to check out while we were in town. We had a symbolic ceremony a week later and I was so pleased with the service received with my first bouquet, that I asked Jackie to preserve that bouquet as well. Throughout both bouquet preservations, Jackie was very responsive and answered any questions I had. She shared a layout of both bouquets prior to framing and packaged up both frames nicely, with bags, (this is a big deal when you're taking the train) when we returned to Cold Spring for pickup. I spoke to the owner and she was absolutely amazing then I was paired with Sara and she was also amazing. She worked with me to create the perfect color pallet and flower choices. Best of all, the flowers were beautiful on the wedding day and they were fresh. I especially liked that they only use flowers without chemicals. I was going to go with fake flowers to avoid the chemicals until I foound this company.
