Jillian was not only super accommodating but she pulled a new inspo board for me based on the fake flower arch I did myself. They worked so well together I could not be happier. Jillian also made a long drive up to Lexington to deliver my flowers in person & brought extra flowers for my photographer to use in our lay flat which I had completely forgotten to ask for. I could not recommend her and her business more. 10/10 customer service & work. I would also recommend finding someone to preserve your bouquet after your event because you’re not going to want to stop looking at it!”

“The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!”

“Isabelle is so incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient; a true artist with their flowers :') I emailed Isabelle to ask about DIY floral arrangements for our June 2025 wedding. We had such a fun time thinking up ways to engage my partner and I's family and friends, and Isabelle came up with the idea for a flower arranging party in their beautiful shop. The day before our wedding, we had our family try their hand at floral design. They had so many questions (ie, "Am I doing this right?" "What kind of flower is THIS?!"), and Isabelle greeted them all with understanding and care. AND there was handmade herbal tea and strong air conditioning on a 95-degree day. A customer from the farm urged Sheri and Amy to create floral arrangements for their wedding and they fell in love with the creative process. This marked the beginning of their partnership, leading to Hoofprint Farm Floral Design. Since then, both friends have taken several classes in flower design and event planning, and they are now eager to dive into the world of wedding and event floral design.
