Built from the granite of Stone Mountain, 550 Trackside was established as a Cotton Warehouse in 1904. Over the years, it has been known as The Langley General Store, The Mercantile Exchange, A Feed and Seed Co., the Grinder and the Goldkist Building. Prior to opening in 2008, we renovated, restored, and designed the venue to be a space where people can gather, connect, celebrate, and create memories. The high ceilings of 100-year-old rough-hewn wood, archways, chandeliers, furnishings, and attention to detail, captures and maintains its turn of the century authenticity and charm.

Since 1994 we've been a family-owned business. My parents owned and operated a uniform and linen factory that is still in operation today. In 2001, they opened a linen rental business in downtown Chamblee that serviced the most prestigious clients in the Atlanta area. From Turner Field to Bacchanalia we learned the ins and outs of being hospitable to the hospitality industry. In 2016, we sold the business, and in 2017 we renamed the space to Factory Atlanta. We want to work with people who have a vision for their project, their big day, or their milestone event.

Overlooking Vickery Creek, the 25,000 sq. ft deck is the perfect space for an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, complete with sofas, park benches, trees, and fairy lights. Primrose Cottage, a quaint name that is seemingly deceptive, has enchanted visitors with its presence in charming, historic Roswell since 1839. Roswell King lovingly built the home for his daughter. Boasting over 12,000 square feet of event space, the ballroom can accommodate up to 1,500 guests, making it suitable for both intimate gatherings and grand celebrations. The venue features dividing walls that allow for adaptable room sizes, ensuring the space can be tailored to fit the specific needs of each event. Included in the rental are 500 padded ballroom chairs, 50 round tables, 10 six-foot tables, 10 eight-foot tables, and a 16x32-foot adjustable stage

This historic brick building in downtown Winder spans 25,000 sq ft over 2 floors with antique windows, hardwood floors and custom brushed steel work. A former textile mill, the buildings multiple purposes have been renovated into a full-production brewery and gorgeous event space with 24 custom brews, seltzers and homemade sodas. Come cozy up in our beautiful beer garden which is maintained by an the UGA Master Gardeners Program, ensuring it's in season all year!

Happy wedding planning to you! The Hall at Bourbon Brothers is a fabulous one of a kind venue in the heart of downtown Gainesville, GA. Convenient to several local hotels, and comes with tables, chairs, and in house catering we are one-stop, top quality shopping! If you want your wedding to have the style of the South, quality details, and entertainment no one will ever forget, then please check us out! From Bourbon, to Brisket we got you covered!

As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.
