About this venue
Fourteen acres. One wedding. The entire property is yours for the day. Perez Collective Events at Springview is a private estate in Dacula, GA built for couples who want their wedding to feel like something their guests talk about for years. Two event halls (one seats 120 with crystal chandeliers and marble floors, the other holds 40 for something more intimate). Two guest homes that sleep 30 total, so your wedding party stays on-site the whole weekend. Outdoor ceremony space with a cherry blossom aisle. A covered pavilion with a brick pizza oven and open-air firepit for the rehearsal dinner. Every couple gets a dedicated event coordinator. We include a complimentary bridal gown through our exclusive bridal partner for every wedding booked with us. Wedding packages begin at $7,500. Most couples invest between $15,000 and $20,000 for a full weekend venue experience.

The Farmhouse (Guest House)

Seven bedrooms, four bathrooms, a game room, and a vanity suite where the bridal party gets ready together. The farmhouse sleeps 20 and sits on the property, so your wedding weekend starts with everyone already there. No Ubers. No hotel logistics. Just your people, the night before the biggest day of your life, all in one place.

Three more bedrooms, two sleeper sofas, two full bathrooms, and its own outdoor cooking area with an Argentine-style grill and fire pit. The Grey House is where the overflow stays, or where the groom's side sets up the night before. It sits on the property away from the main house, so both sides get their own space.

Bar service, waitstaff, table settings, and an event coordinator are all included. Your caterer walks into a prep-kitchen that's ready for them.

Fairytale venu
Perez Collective Events, LLC was the perfect choice for our wedding venue.
