The Sugar River Ballroom seats up to 150 people and boasts stunning views of the Sugar River through tall windows set into thick brick walls and exposed beams that are original to the historic mill building. The Woven Label Boardroom seats up to 45 people and features original brick walls, welcoming fireplace, and elegant floor to ceiling bookcases. The Sullivan Green offers a riverside overlook that can accommodate 30-60 guests for an outdoor dinner or up to 100 for a wedding ceremony. In 2011 we purchased an old dairy farm in a quiet corner of Harrisville, New Hampshire. We cleared fields, planted orchards and gardens, built barns and a commercial kitchen, boiled maple syrup, raised pigs and sheep, and opened a farm store.
