From the very beginning to the final dance, the entire experience was flawless—and that’s thanks to the incredible team at Stonebridge who truly go above and beyond. In the months leading up to the wedding, we had the pleasure of working with Diana, who is an absolute gem. She’s professional, responsive, and pays close attention to every detail. She truly understood how important this day was for us and made sure we felt calm and confident at every step. Diana reassured us that everything would run smoothly, and it absolutely did—her organization and experience made the planning process seamless and enjoyable. In the final days before the wedding, Brianna also stepped in and was incredibly helpful with a few last-minute changes that, admittedly, felt quite stressful for me. But she handled everything with such ease and positivity, and her reassurance meant so much. Thanks to her support, everything fell into place perfectly. On the day of the wedding, we were lucky enough to be taken care of by Terrance, who we had heard amazing things about—and now we completely understand why. From the second we arrived at Stonebridge after our offsite ceremony, Terrance made sure we were comfortable and that our families were well taken care of. He kept us hydrated, made sure we tasted all of our cocktail hour and dinner selections, and was constantly one step ahead of our needs. One of the most memorable moments of the night was when Terrance ran onto the dance floor with a cold towel and wrapped it around my husband’s head to cool him down. That kind of attentiveness and care is something we’ll never forget. He is truly exceptional! Aside from the incredible service, the venue itself is absolutely stunning. The ballroom features two full walls of floor-to-ceiling windows, giving the room a bright, open feel that made for a beautiful atmosphere all night long. It felt elegant, inviting, and unlike any traditional catering hall. And the food—our guests can’t stop raving about it. From cocktail hour to dinner, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. If you’re still deciding on a venue, I highly recommend taking the time to visit Stonebridge and meet their team. You’ll be in the best hands, and your wedding day will be everything you dreamed of and more. “We had a beautiful wedding at the greenhouse of the Beardsley Zoo. The GlowWild light festival in the evening simply added to the magic of the event. The coordinators were wonderful in helping us set up and organize everything. If I had one piece of constructive feedback, it would just be that the head coordinator, Lindsay, was sometimes tricky to get in contact with via telephone for things like making our deposit and final payment for the venue.”

“We got married here and it could have not been a better day. It was truly the best day ever. Everything was so seamless, no stress whatsoever. Suzie and Emily were the dream team! The entire staff at Great River was amazing, so helpful, and kind. The food was delicious. All of our guests loved the venue. The French fry bar at the end of the night was a hit! From the first meeting, to the day after picking up our wedding supplies, everything was so easy and seamless. The staff at Great River decorated and set everything up with no questions asked on our side! We had complete faith that they would set everything up perfectly and they did. The food tasting was also amazing! It was so fun meeting with Chef Matt. We even did the custom chocolates for our favor and they were the perfect touch. “From our very first tour all the way to the end of our wedding day, we truly could not have asked for a more perfect wedding experience. We will forever be grateful to the incredible staff at Grassy Hill Country Club for making such an important and meaningful day feel absolutely magical and stress free. Our top priorities in searching for a venue were an enclosed outdoor ceremony space, indoor/outdoor cocktail hour space, lots of light and accessibility for guests both driving and commuting in from NYC. This venue fit all of these and we booked our date after our first visit. We appreciated the friendliness of the tour because they were very open and accommodating about any ideas we had and offered helpful ideas from previous weddings. The tour didn’t feel rushed or sales-focused like we experienced at a few of the nearby venues. The venue itself is gorgeous, with a nice hilly ride up into a mountain view and we loved that the ceremony gazebo was enclosed and didn’t have a view of golfers on the course. The communication with the general manager Tim was smooth from the beginning and he was extremely responsive to our questions at all hours of the day. His check-ins made us feel confident that everything was being checked off our list as we got closer to the wedding date. He made planning the wedding from out of state extremely easy by recommending great local vendors. Along with assisting with all of the small details he also personally ran the rehearsal where his attention to detail was very helpful and left everyone feeling prepared the night before the wedding. As a bride, I could not have been more thankful for the help of Tim and Tia the morning of my wedding. As expected I was full of emotions but their coordination made sure I was never hungry, hot or stressed. Being able to get ready at the venue let me have a calm morning and having multiple rooms allowed my husband and I to take turns taking photos with our family and side of the bridal party ahead of the ceremony without running into each other. Tia never missed a step and kept the bridal party well fed and comfortable. On top of that she assisted me with lining up with my father and gave me great words of comfort before such a big moment. From that point forward everything was taken care of by the amazing staff and we were able to fully be present at our wedding. They coordinated with the DJ and photographer and everything felt perfectly paced. The outdoor area overlooking the mountain was a perfect spot to step out, watch the beautiful sunset and get some fresh air. Thank you again to Tim, Tia and all of the incredible staff who made our day perfect.”
