Since 2023, Ben Piscopo has specialized in serving crispy, gooey Alpine cheese scraped onto fresh baguette with seasonal accompaniments right in front of guests. Ben was raised in New England’s snowy mountains with a deep appreciation of Alpine cuisine. After visiting his grandmother’s birthplace in Switzerland, he sought to capture the essence of visiting the Alps through a decadent food experience. He makes sure that every bite of raclette is a true taste of the Alps. En Guete! (Bon appétit!)

I started my life in a small, 'down-home-cookin'' restaurant owned by my Mother. The restaurant business is in my blood. I purchased my truck in April 2014, a 1996 Chevy Utilimaster. It took 5 months of my own blood, sweat & tears to build it as the Muthah Truckah. I opened the window in October 2014 & have just kept on truckin' ever since! I love to cook. I love food. I love talking to people. I especially love to cook food that people ultimately love. Taking a moment, a comfort, a flavor, a memory & turning it into a delicious bite that'll make you smile. Skye's in based out of Saco, Maine and creates cakes and desserts customized to your event needs! I (McKenzie Jones) am the pastry chef and owner, and currently bake out of my licensed home kitchen. I thoroughly enjoy working with couples to create the dessert table of their dreams that expresses who they are personally, and one that leaves their families and guests with dessert memories to last a lifetime.

Tuck-ins are a roastable, Inside-Out S’more on a stick, each containing a crunchy handmade graham cracker, covered in decadent chocolate, all inside a fluffy marshmallow! Tuck-ins® are available in Classic, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter! Tuck-ins can be given out as favors with guests roasting them at home over a gas or electric stove. You can even have your own roasting station at your event with TerraFlame Fire Bowls available through Tuck-ins!
