She was fantastic at directing and wrangling family members and friends, and provided advice on the best location for photos. She is a wonderful person, and got along with everyone so well, going out of her way to provide mints and tissues. Kathleen knows when it’s important to take charge and when to step back, and she also let us flag her down for specific photos with friends and family members. Prior to the wedding, she was also incredibly professional, with a helpful website, structured planning meetings, and thorough contract.
