My journey with weddings started at my own wedding. My wife and I were dead broke and in college (living that ramen life!) when we got married and wound up hiring a sub-par photographer. When we got the images back, they were all ruined! I got so angry that I went out and bought a camera out of spite, thinking, "I can do this better myself!". Sure enough, the moment I laid hands on that first camera, I fell in love with it. I decided to pursue weddings, in the hopes that no other couple will have to deal with what I did. I've been working weddings full time, ever since.

Wild Aura Films is comprised of veteran filmmaker Aaron Cassara and Sally Davis, both of whom have formal training in video production, TV and film and have worked in documentary, commercial, television, and narrative filmmaking for years. They have been capturing weddings together in New York City since 2018.

Skyride Productions is the filmmaking duo of my wife Becki and me (Matt). We're both nostalgic at heart with our family being the center of our universe. We love to meet new couples and tell their unique love story thru the cinematic lens. With every film we craft, we want to create something timeless and emotional. I was born and raised in New Orleans. I spent practically all of my life there until Hurricane Katrina forced me to leave. Since then, I've been chasing new highs by seeing new places and attending as many concerts as humanly possible. My love of storytelling definitely comes from different places, cultures and music!

My name is Mitchell Gaston, and I love telling stories. I began my filmmaking journey all the way back in middle school (which is further back than I care to admit), making silly videos with my friends. Somewhere along the line I got a chance to film a wedding, and I haven't looked back since. Meeting amazing couples and getting to tell their stories is, and continues to be, a dream come true.
