Chef Anna, a Carmel-by-the-Sea native, began her career as a celebrity private chef while attending culinary school in San Francisco. Her classical training was complemented by deep nutritional education at The Esalen Institute and the Hippocrates Health Institute. As a sought-after wellness retreat chef and wedding chef, Chef Anna has traveled extensively across the United States and internationally. Her home base is Figure Eight Island, NC. Dalan started out in the culinary world, slinging tortas out of his garage to friends and neighbors. His journey has taken him far, now a successful restaurant owner in Santa Barbara, you can still find Chef Dalan volunteering to cook for community non-profits, teaching cooking classes about plant-based nutrition for the youth and elderly, or shopping at the farmer’s market supporting local produce vendors.
