Hi, my name is Lucy! I'm a baker and decorator located in Downtown Milwaukee, and spend most of my time in the kitchen! I also come from a lineage of bakers, and most notably the "Cake Lady of Erie Pennsylvania" - being my great grandma. So, this is kind of in my genes. ​I've been baking professionally for over 7 years, and was hired to make my first wedding cake when I was just 16! I love being able to give clients something memorable for their weddings, events, or as gifts for their loved ones. Consistency and flexibility are the two main ingredients in making my clients come back for seconds!

Delish Cakes started in 2010 out of Alicia's family home. It quickly outgrew the house and a storefront was born shortly after! Delish Cakes will be 11 years old in August of 2021. Delish Cakes creates custom cakes and sweets for any occasion, and we love to make each order just as special as the clients who order them! Everything is created in small batches and made just for you. We do Cakes, cake pops, custom sugar cookies, sweet tables, cupcakes and more.

Their workspace is entirely nut-free and none of their flavors, fillings, decorations, or ingredients contain nuts. They can also provide gluten-free bakes for clients’ convenience.

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.
