Welcome to The Mitten Building! Originally constructed in 1890 as the Haigh Citrus Packing House, the building later operated as the Mitten Letter Factory from 1940 to 1980. Today, thanks to the current owners’ dedication to preserving its historical charm, the space boasts original brick walls, exposed rafters, and rich wood details. Since 2000, our family has proudly hosted a wide range of events in its versatile spaces, including the multi-level Main Room, the cozy basement Speakeasy Bar, and the Summerbell Room with its enchanting Garden Patio. The Padua Hills Theatre is a wedding venue located in Claremont, CA. Nestled in picturesque hills, this venue offers couples old-world style and charm in a welcoming atmosphere. Guests are served cocktails and appetizers on the patio, with dinner, dancing, and festivities in the John Wayne Ballroom. In fact, the original bar that John Wayne used to entertain his Hollywood friends is now the main ballroom's focal point and ready for you to use. Outside catering and bar services are certainly allowed, or you are welcome to customize your own personal menu with our in house private chef.

Rancho Bellasanté is a private estate located on a 122 acre working ranch. We have acres of beautiful lemon and avocado groves and gorgeous vineyards. Our location offers privacy but is also conveniently located less than 10 miles from the city of Temecula, CA. In 2021 our daughter got married on the estate. We had guests from all over, and the event was a huge success. We had so many positive responses, and requests for other weddings, that we decided to open our doors to the public. The Fox Theater Pomona opened its doors on April 24, 1931 as an extravagant Hollywood-glam movie palace. Designed by Balch and Standberry, the Fox had big-city flair in a small agricultural community. Now, almost 85 years later, the Fox has grown into a revered state-of-the-art entertainment complex. Its rich history, fully restored art-deco design, and intimate capacity provides attendees an unforgettable experience.
