From our hot and spicy habanero salsa to our cool and creamy guacamole, we use only the freshest ingredients to make your dish right in front of you! We have been serving the greater Twin Cities region since 1982. We started out as a pig roasting company. Over the years, we added many other meats and a wide variety of other offerings. We also feature a variety of specialty menus, yet remain the #1 pig roasting caterer in the upper midwest. Tuck-ins are a roastable, Inside-Out S’more on a stick, each containing a crunchy handmade graham cracker, covered in decadent chocolate, all inside a fluffy marshmallow! Tuck-ins® are available in Classic, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter! Tuck-ins can be given out as favors with guests roasting them at home over a gas or electric stove. You can even have your own roasting station at your event with TerraFlame Fire Bowls available through Tuck-ins!
