Annette Bonacci, owner and founder started her journey in the wedding industry in the Spring of 2021. After coordinating ~ 70 weddings, Annette realized something was missing from these events. Both of my grandmother’s and the creativity of my creole heritage have inspired my baking. I love playing around with colors, textures, and flavors. Flourbomb is a rebirth of a revolutionary and influential doughnut brand whos Founding Chef pioneered the "Everything Bagel Doughnut" and helped introduce bomboloni/malasada style doughnuts — not only to the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area, but beyond.
