Welcome to The Mitten Building! Originally constructed in 1890 as the Haigh Citrus Packing House, the building later operated as the Mitten Letter Factory from 1940 to 1980. Today, thanks to the current owners’ dedication to preserving its historical charm, the space boasts original brick walls, exposed rafters, and rich wood details. Since 2000, our family has proudly hosted a wide range of events in its versatile spaces, including the multi-level Main Room, the cozy basement Speakeasy Bar, and the Summerbell Room with its enchanting Garden Patio. San Gabriel Valley Event Center blends rustic elegance with modern charm. Our barnyard-style venue features exposed brick walls, warm wood accents, and romantic string lights hanging from high ceilings—creating a cozy yet upscale atmosphere. Our stunning finished warehouse space has a modern vibe that flirts with an urban industrial appeal. A private 3,500 square foot courtyard, perfect for an outdoor ceremony or cocktail hour, is connected to the venue's 7,000 square foot ballroom.

Established in 2020, The Revery is a one of a kind, premium event venue located in Mission Junction (Chinatown’s neighbor) in Los Angeles. The Revery is both an indoor and outdoor space, updated with modern amenities including HVAC, no noise curfew, tons of natural light, and perfect for the modern couple who is looking for a hidden gem.

Seventh Place is an urban warehouse venue available for an array of events, weddings, parties, concerts, film and commercial productions, and large-scale exhibitions. It offers a unique, eclectic charm in the heart of the Arts District in Downtown, Los Angeles. A growing artistic and cultured community surrounds it, just steps away from Little Tokyo, Japanese Village, and Southern California Institute of Architecture. This impressive, seventy-five year old, urban interior space consists of bow truss 14 ft. high ceilings, vintage architecture with exposed brick, large windows, and skylights.

Originally built as a livery and then used as a cold-storage warehouse, Millwick has reinvented itself as a unique stand alone, super-loft open to private events, outdoor wedding ceremonies and receptions, exhibitions and productions. It now boasts a flowing 7,000 square foot floor plan (4,500 sq ft interior + 2,500 sq ft garden courtyard) melding both interior and exterior areas. Millwick is an excellent event venue and wedding site for up to 175 people for ceremonies and receptions. Located in downtown Los Angeles in the heart of the Arts District, Millwick is convenient to many of the best new and historic hotels, restaurants and nightlife the city has to offer.

Valentine is our grandest location, and features a flowing 9,000 square-foot site plan designed for private events, courtyard weddings, receptions, exhibitions, productions and live performances. The venue is fully amenitized, and we provide experienced, professional site management, plus a commercial kitchen for client-selected catering teams. Originally built in the 1920’s in an area that has long served as the city’s seafood market east of Downtown, the building has lived many lives in its century of use; it’s been a hotel, a brothel, a fish and oyster company, and a commercial site for everything from glass blowing to marijuana cultivation. This mysterious history subtly informed our re-invention of the space.

Madeline Garden offers a unique and whimsical dining experience, perfect for creating lasting memories. Serving brunch, high tea, French-Italian cuisine, small tapas, and Isakaya, this venue blends modern European flair with Eastern Old Culture. Enjoy wine pairings and fun spirits while talented artists perform. With seven charming large rooms, Madeline Garden is ideal for celebrating birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, graduations, and more.

Located in Downtown Los Angeles, just outside of the Arts District, is our 4,000+ sq. ft. space. Stage 1 has polished concrete floors, two skylights, and a cyc. There is a production loft available that overlooks the entire stage. Within the space, the power rating is 400 amps. In addition, there are surround sound Bose music speakers.

Nestled in the historic industrial flats of Boyle Heights, adjacent to the vibrant Arts District of Los Angeles, Mica Studios is more than just a production studio and event location — it's a space steeped in history and creativity. Housed in a beautifully preserved neoclassical building originally constructed in 1926 as the Southwest Lithograph Company, our venue boasts a rich legacy. This remarkable site has served diverse purposes over the decades, from a storage facility for Liberace's pianos to a cinematic backdrop for iconic projects, including The Crow 2 and Beyoncé’s unforgettable 'Crazy In Love' music video. Today, Mica Studios honors that legacy by providing a unique setting for productions and events, blending authentic charm with modern amenities. Recognized as a historical place in Los Angeles, this exceptional venue continues to inspire creativity and innovation, reflecting its storied past while serving as a dynamic space for today’s artistic endeavors.
