Katie was amazing to work with! She helped tailor our flowers to keep within our budget, and they came out AMAZING. I'm so happy I get to keep them as an amazing keepsake. Everyone at the wedding was floored that they were paper and not real. And having quotes from our favorite books to look at all day was just a memorable experience.

Laura Mohamadi Design

5.0

  • Starts at $75 per arrangement
  • Serves Rayville, MO

I genuinely believe that selecting your wedding florist is one of the most critical decisions in the entire planning process. Your florals will bring the whole day come together; they will set the mood, bring joy, evoke beauty and truly reflect your overall style. I believe that flowers should be an everyday part of life. From celebrations to sympathy to simply thanking someone, flowers are a must for everyone. I started designing tablescapes at the age of 6. I would cut flowers from the yard and gather branches and leaves while filling the table with dainty accents and decor and "VOILÀ"!!

From the very start, Laura Mohamadi Design was a pleasure to work with. As a busy bride, I really appreciated that their main mode of communication was text, which made it easy for me to stay on top of things. They were also very responsive when I needed to call or text with any other questions. The floral arrangements they created for our wedding were absolutely breathtaking. My bouquet was the talk of the event, and my bridesmaids' bouquets were just as stunning. Laura even took my crazy request for the head table and turned it into a truly classy and elegant focal point. The end result was exactly what I had envisioned, and more than I could have ever hoped for. Laura and her team took our ideas and ran with them, turning our wedding flowers into something truly special. As a bride, I wanted this day to be as perfect as possible, and Laura Mohamadi Design delivered in every way. I would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a florist who is both talented and a pleasure to work with.

One of the most important components to me for our wedding was the flowers. I chose Poppy Flowers because of the look I wanted for the ceremony and reception and with the lower minimum cost required compared to other florists. We went with a pastel theme given we had a spring wedding. I had countless complements on the centerpieces at the reception – they were gorgeous. They were the perfect match for elegant look I wanted. My bouquet and my husband’s boutonniere were also beautiful and what we were expecting. The website was a little glitchy for me in a couple of instances (the IT people had to address the issues) – hopefully they have all of those issues resolved now. Aside from those minor issues, we were very pleased with our decision to go with Poppy. Thank you for providing the gorgeous flowers for our day!

Sarcasm & Sunshine Designs Flower Preservation

5.0

  • Starts at $250
  • Serves Rayville, MO

Sarcasm & Sunshine Designs is comprised of two friends, turned business partners. We worked together for several years planning events and weddings, so we have a shared love of sparkle, flowers, coffee, and making beautiful memories! We couldn't think of a better way to celebrate our growth as friends, mothers and confidants, than to combine our creativity and passions to create one of a kind items to brighten the days and lives of others. Our business, our products, and our partnership is all about balance, Contessa is the Sarcasm, Danielle is the Sunshine. Some days, we switch roles, but we think life is better with both!

Having my wedding flowers preserved was extremely important to me. To be able to keep something perfectly preserved that was so beautiful on my special day is unreal. Danielle is the kindest and easiest person to work with. She gets back to you within seconds and listens to any and every crazy request I had. Along with a tray, wine stopper, ornament, and book mark, Danielle was able to take part of my Mother’s wedding dress (that was wrapped around my bouquet) and preserve it in a jewelry box with my flowers. Let me tell you, the reaction my mom had on her face when I gave her that jewelry box was indescribable. If you are ever second guessing preserving your wedding flowers, this is your sign to do it. You won’t regret it! Sarcasm and Sunshine’s work is impeccable and I hope that others are able to have their flowers preserved with such care and precision as I was able to have mine.

Sophia is the creative force behind Botanical Preserves. Raised in an artistic household, she’s worked with multiple mediums over the years, with five years of experience in floral design. Having a fascination with the realm of plants and their healing powers, Sophia surrounds herself with botanicals and their many elements. The concept of floral design as a living, restorative, art form gave her a deep respect for flowers and their unique personality. Their nature of fragility adds to their elusiveness, and gives her the opportunity to exhibit the never-to-be-replicated side of her personality every time she works with floral product.

I got married in Florida and planned my wedding kind of fast which lead to so many things going wrong in my wedding but the one thing that went absolutely perfect and delivered more than I could've ever asked for was my florist Sophia! She was honestly what kept and brought everything together in the end! I let her do her thing and she was very professional and really has an eye to make her arrangements look like works of art! I honestly wish I could've kept my bouquet forever it was gorgeous and to this day when I show my wedding pictures everyone is amazed at the work she did! After working with her on my wedding day I would definitely recommend Botanical Preserves for your special events!
