“Wedding food sometimes gets a bad reputation, for good reason I suppose. But I can say definitively that Anyae and team cooked the best wedding meal I’ve ever had - I REALLY loved our dinner. Beyond that, out of all of our vendors, they were consistently one of the only ones we didn’t have to stress over. Anyae is consistently responsive (despite my many, many tedious questions), and her flexibility and caring nature truly went above and beyond even our best expectations. Anyae was not just a caterer - she became a confidant and a friend. We found Anyae when we had to fire our original caterer for basically ghosting us and being wishy-washy with poor communication regarding our reception venue’s simple requirements regarding open flame. Anyae stepped in and saved the day, despite a relatively quick turnaround (for weddings at least). We were so impressed with her team’s professionalism and DANG GOOD FOOD. We’d hire them again in a heartbeat and will recommend them to all of our friends. Absolutely phenomenal experience. Cannot say enough good things. Thank you, Anyae, for everything. “We had a fully vegan menu for our wedding and BarCart truly delivered! They had a variety of selections but were also willing to adjust things as desired if you already had some items in mind for your menu. We had some items from their Asian inspired menu, the winter stew, salad and mac and cheese bites and everything was delicious. We heard positive feedback from all of our guests about the food as well. The drinks were also incredible. The staff also were responsive to questions and attentive to the guests. The only issue we encountered was when a staff member was asked a question about an allergen concern the staff member stated " I don't know. I didn't make the food." While I understand that these individuals may not have made the food I think it is important for each staff member to be knowledgeable about the allergen information for the items on the menu. I also think that comment was rude and could have been handled differently. Aside from that we had a great experience and the food was amazing!”
