Respecting minimalism and purity in ingredients, his relationships with local farmers and ranchers keeps his focus on beginning each dish with what the season has to offer. Stacy Whitcomb has spent over a decade in event planning and is not intimidated by outside of the box thinking when it comes to simple, yet elegant desserts. Whether it be Bay Laurel Crème Brulée or Satsuma & Thai Basil Sorbet, she always brings the symphony to a crescendo.

I have been Catering, Planning & Coordinating both large & small Weddings & Events for over 22 years. I started in our family owned restaurant at a young age, waiting tables & learning to cook.
