In the early 1970’s, Paul’s Pastry Shop located in Picayune, Mississippi, began filling the King Cakes with an assortment of Fruits and Cream Cheese, then topping them with the brightly colored Mardi Gras sugars and sliced almonds… thus beginning a new tradition of the Mardi Gras King Cake. Our customers not only have the choice of the traditional cinnamon king cake, but also an exotic, deliciously filled King Cake with your choice of up to four flavors in the same cake.

Our Mom's Restaurant & Bar in downtown Hammond offers a private upstairs event space for about 80 to 100 guests, with indoor seating, a private bar and an upstairs outdoor area with five tables and table service. We host wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, showers and other celebrations with food and drinks prepared by our team. Minimum spends are $400 to $1,350 based on the day, time and required two- or three-hour booking window. An 18% gratuity and sales tax apply.

Fleur de Lis Event Center is an all-inclusive wedding venue in Mandeville, on Louisiana's Northshore, 35 minutes from New Orleans. The Pontchartrain Ballroom holds up to 500 guests, the Jazz Ballroom 50 to 300 and our Private Restaurant up to 100.
