Her work is so good, from the beautiful presentation she set up for the chips and dips to the amazing dinner service. The food was a huge hit with all of our guests. The oxtails and were incredibly tender, and the brisket was a huge hit! On the day of the event, the catering team arrived early, set up beautifully, and ensured everything ran smoothly.
