One florist brushed me off because I didn’t know the exact flowers I wanted during our first call. Another abruptly asked (5 minutes in) if I was just using them to learn flower names before cutting me off mid-conversation. It was discouraging, to say the least. Then there was Nicole. From our very first call, I felt at ease. I wasn’t looking to spend thousands and thousands on florals, and I didn’t have a detailed list of flowers in mind—just a general vibe and some inspo photos. Nicole took the time (over an hour on our first call!) to walk me through what would fit that vision, approximately what it would cost, and how she could bring it to life.
