We had the absolute wedding of our dreams at Scars Farm. The whole day was beyond perfect. The venue is stunning, the bridal suite is immaculate, the grooms suite is the perfect hangout spot for the guys. The venue is perfect in every single day. I visited many outdoor venues for my wedding, but I knew I was looking for something different. As soon as I toured Diamond D Ranch, I knew it was just what I was looking for: secluded, quiet, beautiful views, animals to see if you wanted to but weren’t a part of the ceremony. I knew Diamond D was it for me when I found out that amongst all of the other things I was looking for, they also had outdoor games that guests could enjoy if they didn’t want to dance. The ceremony area venue is beautiful as is and you can keep it as simple as you want (I didn’t have any decorations out there), or decorate it to the nines. The glass enclosed reception area keeps guests dry while still leaving the beautiful views. You can see for miles and the sunsets are unbelievable and unobstructed. Our day of planner, Krista, who also works at the ranch was amazing. She communicated with me for months, answered my 200000 questions and coordinated everything. She made it seem like everything was perfect that day, even if it wasn’t, I never knew about it. The owners were accommodating and so nice. The views alone are worth booking this beautiful place for - but the employees and owners take it to the next level. If you book with Diamond D, you won’t regret it. Unfortunately, I don’t have all of my photos from the wedding, so I only have a few from our engagement shoot which don’t show the beauty nearly enough. We had our wedding at the Tradition Town Hall and it was perfect! Everything went according to plan and it was so gorgeous, we chose it because it’s a local venue, very close to home, easily accessible for guests and fairly affordable. Our day was a 10/10 and so beautiful, but we give the venue itself 4 stars. Our only notes are that it’s not very wedding-oriented, which we knew going into it so we weren’t surprised. We highly recommend either using a planner (we couldn’t have done it without ours), or recommend that the venue offer more all-inclusive packages that include day-of coordination, rentals for decor/linens/faux florals/plates/silverware/glassware/ceremony chairs/high top cocktail hour tables/etc. There’s plenty of ways to dress it up and down but it’s all work you’ll have to do yourself or hire the right vendors to turn it into what you want because it’s pretty bare-bones aside from the tables and chairs they provide. Other notes: They require that you use their bar and catering companies. The floors were really dirty and made the guests feet (and my wedding dress) black. And there was a staff member dressed in a plain T-shirt and jeans seated at a random table in the corner the entire night and it stuck out to guests. We had no idea that would be a thing and weren’t too happy about that. Notes aside: All in all it was PERFECT, picturesque, our wedding was absolutely beautiful, we had a fantastic time and got so many beautiful photos in the area, but these are just notes for future weddings and to make the venue more wedding-friendly going forward because the space really does have a lot of potential!

I genuinely cannot express how blessed my husband and I feel to have found this place for our wedding. Angelica was beyond phenomenal and always went above and beyond to make sure that the planning process was stress free for us. Her communication with us and between our vendors made our lives easy and everyone was always on the same page. Never once in the year and half or so we worked with her did we have even the tiniest problem. She was always quick to respond, and her venue, both for the ceremony and reception, was just beyond gorgeous. We received so many compliments that day, and the days to follow, on the decorations and how smooth the whole night went. I hope anyone reading this truly understands how deeply and strongly we would recommend this place for a wedding. It was perfect, magical, and beautiful.

When we started looking at Venues to get married, we looked at all of the barn venues in our area and were underwhelmed, especially for the amount of money venues we’re asking. When we went to the Barn at Oleander, we met with one of the Owners, Erin. We instantly clicked and felt like we’ve known her for years. We toured the Venue and booked the date right then and there. Not only was Erin and her staff AMAZING, but the Venue has a preferred vendor list and everyone we used were top notch. Each vendor we used really seemed to care about us and delivered amazing products. We had a few hiccups along the way, but Erin made the process less stressful and worked with us to make the day perfect. Everyone tells us how our wedding was the best they have been to in a long time and I really give credit to not only our vendors but to the Barn at Oleander. You won’t be disappointed!!
