A pro shop, locker rooms, food and beverage services, and an event space to accommodate 220 people (banquet/meeting seating) and 180 (wedding seating) is part of the space, as well. Residents, visitors and businesses will be able to host a multitude of events at the clubhouse utilizing the second-floor ballroom or the ample open-air space.
