Hello! I'm Jillian, I have been baking since childhood. In the early days, I was always the girl who made cupcakes for friends and provided sweet treats for holidays and parties. Baking remained a hobby for me as I pursued an education in massage therapy and developed coffee-making and customer service skills at the local Starbucks. CHIC is a culmination of my retail, styling, and design background. Truthfully, the idea of this little biz was created while on lockdown during the pandemic, a little unorthodox I know, but I was determined. I identified this gap in the market the summer prior... after struggling to find a pretty dessert cart for an event at my client's new business launch. Viola! CHIC cotton candy was born, serving the cosmopolitan Boston market; giving a traditional childhood treat-- a chic upgrade. Wherever the party is, we want to be there for you! xo
