We are an upscale wedding venue with both inside and outside seating located directly on picturesque Lake Ontario with our 1600 square foot dock over it. The Barrack’s Inn stone center building was the first building built in the War of 1812 to be the bakery. It is on the historic national register. Inside we can seat 150 people, while outside we can seat an additional 100 people. We are happy to make any and all food requests and we feature all-inclusive packages which include: flowers, table decorating, music, photography, cake and desserts, ceremony, favors and all food and beverages.

You'll have exclusive access to the entire 7,000 sq ft manor and its picturesque grounds. For intimate weddings with fewer than 75 guests, our barn-themed den provides an ideal setting for your ceremony. The manor can then be transformed for a stylish reception with a mix of seated and standing arrangements. Planning a larger celebration for up to 200 guests? We can assist you in securing a tent for your ceremony, allowing you to celebrate either within the tent or back at the manor with a flexible, mixed seating arrangement. Our barn is located only 12 miles from Lake George Village offering onsite ceremonies and receptions with picturesque landscaping for photography. The barn is constructed from Hemlock post & beam cut in Northern VT and includes all the amenities you could need at your event.

The authenticity of these structures has been painstakingly maintained and guarded since 1965. The White House on the Lake sits on 120 acres on picturesque Lake Pleasant, surrounded by mountains in the Adirondack State Park located in New York State. The venue consists of a well manicured lawn as far as the eyes can see, a lake front attached to a beautiful beach and a elegant boat house plus a bridal room located inside of the house.

Is it really pink? Yes! After painting an old barn red, the original owners realized they wouldn't have enough red paint left over to completely cover the house. Rather than buy more paint, they opted instead to add in the excess white paint they had lying around and voilà, a pink house!
