We welcome you to Pheasant Valley Barn! The barn is nestled in a scenic valley in the middle of our farm. The Byrne family started dairy farming in Wisconsin after emigrating from Ireland in the 1870's. In 2003, we decided to renovate our 1890's barn. We added a new metal roof and restored the interior of the barn. To celebrate, we had a barn dance for Duane's parents' 40th anniversary. Thus began "The Party Barn". In the fall of 2018, our son Cory married his fiance, Jenny. It confirmed our idea of starting a barn venue and sharing our barn and farm with others. We have been asked many times, "Why don't you rent out this barn?" We have decided the time is right to diversify our farm and start this event business. We are so happy that we restored our barn. As more and more barns and farms are lost, our barn is preserved and now can be shared with others to create a memorable and special day for your event!

Ludlow Mansion Events is an historic venue located in the Madison area. The estate's grounds feature manicured lawns and beautiful trees that lead to the front of the mansion which serves as a stunning backdrop for saying 'I do' surrounded by your loved ones. An expansive pergola is also included to host your ceremony, cocktail hour or reception. Four Winds Farm is a countryside wedding venue located in Fitchburg, just 10 minutes from Madison, WI. The newly restored 8,900 sq. ft. barn is the main attraction suitable for wedding receptions and ceremonies. Four Winds is a fully functional farm focusing on permaculture and can accommodate both small and large parties year-round. The barn, which holds 200 people, provides thoughtfully designed spaces that can be customized to suit your needs. The Loft is the most significant space on the barn's second level and has been updated and restored to enhance the gorgeous long wooden beams. This area is equipped with audio-visual hookups and speakers. The spacious kitchen and dining area was the newest addition during the refurbishment, and it includes a catering kitchen and a fireplace, creating a wonderful homely feeling. The attached patio space has direct access to several areas of the barn and is large enough to host an outdoor event all by itself.

The Venue at River's Edge is a recently restored Venue in downtown waterloo. Formerly the building was used as a community building before the city of waterloo had things like a school gym or a theater. At one time the building hosted a long list of events including basketball games, weddings, movies, plays, and even a rifle range in the basement. After being restored we are now again hosting events with a primary focus on weddings and receptions.
