The Cottage Farmhouse is your timeless, white barn and outdoor venue located 55 miles west of Minneapolis, MN. We have many amazing options for your ceremony site. There are beautiful locations in the apple trees or around one of our ponds. Our 100+-year-old barn is a classic red and white hip roof barn. We have a beautiful 40x60 party tent to host your meal. Come out for a tour, you will not want to miss out!

Nestled within the picturesque Hyland Lake Park Reserve in Bloomington, Minnesota, this beautiful chalet boasts spectacular views of its scenic surroundings. Its two stunning event spaces feature soaring ceilings, an entire wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, and a simple yet elegant design, which allows for endless setup and decorating possibilities. Able to accommodate up to 320 guests, the Hyland Hills Chalet is the perfect place to invite all your loved ones to spend an evening celebrating your special day. In addition to its impressive indoor venues, the chalet also offers a gorgeous hilltop site for outdoor ceremonies. Whether you are looking for a small, informal ceremony in the beautiful Millennium Garden or a large gathering in the ballroom, we can make your vision a reality. The ballroom features large windows on the north and west sides which give a spectacular view of the Millennium Garden, and natural area of the Plymouth Creek Park Reserve. The Millennium Garden is a popular venue for wedding ceremonies due to its natural beauty and peaceful presence. Your guests will be in awe of this “natural oasis” in the middle of the city. A sound system is included so guests can hear your vows, background music or musicians. We are extremely proud of the Plymouth Community Center and Millennium Garden and we are confident it will be a beautiful backdrop to your wedding.

Our ol' 10 acre charm farm dates back to before MN was a state in the abstract. It's been in Brady’s family since the summer of '69 and we plan to keep it that way for generations to come. The original family that homesteaded the property came from Czechoslovakia. They built the hand-hewn log cabin on a boulder foundation and owned it for 112 years. Brady grew up in the home since '87 which has transformed over time into the gem that we have today. We kickstarted our journey at GarageTown LLC with our wedding in August, 2021. Whether you're looking for a small, informal ceremony in one of our beautiful parks along the Mississippi River or a large gathering in the elegant Mississippi Room, we can make your vision a reality. Our Mississippi Room offers a seated room capacity for up to 300 guests. We take care of all your decorating needs using your decor, including audio-visual equipment, plus you’ll have exclusive use of the adjacent outdoor patio. Our premier parks are popular venues for wedding ceremonies due to the natural beauty of the Mississippi River. We also have a smaller, more intimate venue along Otter Creek with beautiful gardens and natural surroundings. The park venues are available May through October and beautiful blooming plants and flowers vary with each visit. We have a variety of rental room sizes available! In addition to your wedding, you can host smaller gatherings like your bridal shower at the MCC as well!

The Phelps, or “Turtle”, Fountain is the centerpiece of the Lyndale Park Annual-Perennial Garden. It was moved here from its former downtown site in Minneapolis’ Gateway Park. The combination of fountain and flowers, contained by an undulating hedge, makes this a popular spot for garden enthusiasts, wedding ceremonies and photographs. The Peace Garden features hardy alpine plants and dwarf conifers and begins blooming in mid-April. The Annual/Perennial peaks in mid-June and the Rose Garden typically begins blooming in mid-June and lasts until early October. Butterflies and hummingbirds can be seen throughout the summer.
