We include a two-room suite for the Bride & Groom the night of the Reception, we have a Banquet Manager that runs the event from beginning to end, we set up and tear down all the decorations, all the linens, tables and chairs are included (we will add our chair covers for $2 each) and we include uplighting in the room. We also do a group block for your guests at a discounted rate. We set up a Host and/or Cash Bar at no extra cost. The Ceremony can be held here as well for a small fee. We will need 2 hours between the Ceremony and the Reception to flip the room. Our Pre-Function Area and Patio are ideal for a Cocktail Reception during that time or guests can come back when the Reception opens. Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse caters for our events. Our Chef is very flexible and we offer options for guests with dietary restrictions.

The White Pine Wedding Barn is a charming venue with three different levels, including a loft. Your set up can be customized to meet your needs. Our most popular set up is a ceremony outdoors, with a reception on the main level of our barn. The barn can comfortably seat 200 people. You are welcome to rent a tent from another place in order to fit up to 350 people. You will also have access to our beautiful 120 acres of grounds for the day to take pictures, as well as the Bride Room. The Bride Room is the perfect spot for the bride to relax for the day with her bridesmaids, and comes with access to bathrooms.
