The Hillcrest Estate is a historic mansion with incredibly unique style, located in the countryside between Rochester and Buffalo, New York. The estate boasts over a hundred acres of pristine land and quite a few famous visitors. Two main areas are available for your wedding party at The Hillcrest Estate. The ballroom, accented with vintage decor and two massive fireplaces, antique furniture, hardwood flooring, and chandeliers, can accommodate up to 110 guests. Then, looking outside, the veranda features a tiered terrace and reflecting pool along with impeccably maintained lawn space for your ceremony and reception. The outdoor space with a tent can host roughly 200 guests. Since 2003, Western New York couples have been hosting their wedding events on the lush 20-acre farmland grounds and award-winning winery with rustic charm.

Oak Knolls Manor was built in 1906 and is a preserved Wells Barn in Western New York. We host only ONE event a weekend which allows our clients the opportunity to slow down, have time to set up, and enjoy family and friends. The rural location really creates a destination wedding feel. The venue features our silos with propane fire pits and outdoor furniture to relax and take in the views. The silos are also a great spot for a cigar bar. Equipped with two large decks on either side of the venue, one is covered and remains completely waterproof even when the weather doesn't cooperate. The other overlooks the Genesee Valley where there is plenty of open space to see for miles. We have tables and padded fruitwood chairs to accommodate up to 250 guests. Including 8 farm tables, 20 rectangular tables, and 10 rounds. We also have durable padded ceremony chairs and two wood stained arbors to choose from along with ceremony coordination services. All included with venue and ceremony costs.

The venue also offers a tasting room with seating for 84 inside, a wall of full glass accordion doors that open to an outdoor balcony that seats 60, all with spectacular scenic lake views, and is well appointed with a full bar, whiskey barrel sinks in the restrooms, a viewing window of the still, and an aged tin ceiling that sets the space apart from others. The new 4992-square foot Finger Lakes venue features a state-of-the-art distilling room that is highlighted by a custom-built, 500-gallon copper, two-stage hybrid pot still/ reflux column still from HBS Copper, the commercial division of Hillbilly Stills in Tennessee.

The Meadow is a four-season venue on Seneca Lake. Home to Vineyard View Winery’s Seneca Lake tasting room, our 100-person event space can be expanded during the warmer seasons to host up to 170 people in an indoor-outdoor experience. Located on the shores of Seneca Lake, our space offers sweeping lake views, stunning fields of flowers, and optional experiences to spend time with the Sweet Farm Rescued Animal Ambassadors.
