I first entered the floral design world as an intern in 2016 and noticed a lack of originality in designs and a need for more connection between the florist and the couple. When I started WFD in 2019, I decided to prioritize both artistic designs and building long-term relationships with each couple. Planning my own wedding in 2021 gave me an even deeper appreciation for the importance of receiving creative expertise and genuine support from wedding vendors.

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

As a special event florist my mission is to create original, quality, lasting keepsake florals, which reflect the beauty and eternal love that they help celebrate. Everything from first contact to completion is done solely through me. Yep, I’m a one-woman show. I love having personal interactions with all my clients and customers. Creating something truly unique for you is my greatest passion. Whether you are set on an inspiration picture, need me to take creative reign or anything in between, I desire to join you in the venture for the perfect finished product.

My earliest memories are always centered around picking flowers in my mothers gardens. I would grab one of the glass bottles she collected and play around with any flowers I could find. Flower design is my passion. My shop is located in our 150 year old barn that in itself is full of character. I try to be a vendor who is easy and fun to work with. I am human and understand money does not grow on trees so I try my hardest to work within the client's budget. Each bouquet I create tells a story, each unique beautiful.

My name is Isabelle, and I grow chemical free, regenerative flowers and herbs on 3/4 of an acre in Hamden, CT. I truly love working on these blooms from start to finish, and I hope to get to share some of the beauty with you on your special day.

Although my business is based in Kansas, I ship flowers all over the US! I handcraft your wedding flowers from the pages of your favorite books, using your favorite flowers (no matter the season) and in your choice of colors! As a cherry on top, my flowers don't require any preservation after your wedding day and will last for decades to come!

My passion for flowers and plants started when I was a child. Growing up in the middle of nowhere was the best thing to allow my imagination to flourish. The school day would end and I would be rushing off the bus to help my grandparents plant seedlings or pick the harvest from the garden. My parents had flower beds and brought the beautiful flowers inside to enjoy as well. I am passionate about being able to replicate flower gardens into a gorgeous design but also creating a unique design just for your day!

I have been around flowers my entire life and have always had a love and passion for putting different types of flowers together to create unique designs. Much of my learning started in my grandmother’s flower gardens many years ago. Over time, I enjoyed treating friends and family members to special flower arrangements and assisted in some wedding designs. My passion was put on hold a bit to raise our four children and support our family’s farm. Now that our children are grown, I pursued my dreams to own a flower business.

Pick a Bloom was founded on love and laughter in small-town Surry, Virginia by us, a mother daughter duo, who wanted to see our vision of fresh flower alternatives bloom to life. We work primarily with 100% REAL preserved and dried flowers and foliage.

Rhapsody in Bloom opened it's doors in August 2017 in Palmyra, PA as a full service wedding and event floral business. Owner Bridget has a degree from Delaware Valley College in Plant Science and Floriculture where she learned to combine her love of design and science into shaping arrangements out of precious flowers. She generally watches too much Netflix, loves her cats, and has a Barbet named Violette who hangs at the shop and tries to eat things she shouldn't. Bridget is supported by her Superman husband Andrew, who goes by “Bucket Boy” on set up days and her family who are always there to lend a hand to make each wedding magical.
