Thelma the wedding planner was very organized and I never stressed on the day or even the days leading up to the big day. Everything was taken care of in the all-inclusive package that is extremely affordable! If I could do it all again I would choose this place over and over. This venue is for any type of wedding!

It’s been a few months since I got married, but my family and I are STILL talking about this venue. The venue itself is so stunning that you barely need any extra decorations—the space just speaks for itself. And the staff? Absolute rockstars. They’re so friendly, accommodating, and detail-oriented. Every decoration we brought in was set up BEAUTIFULLY. They even have policies that actually make sense (no “just because” rules here), and if you’ve got your heart set on something outside the norm, they’ll do everything they can to find a compromise. We were lucky enough to work with Idalia, our venue coordinator, from our very first tour to the big day itself. She’s an absolute pro—quick to respond, easy to work with, and just genuinely amazing. On the wedding day, she was there at all the right moments, even fixing my necklace when it was on backward right before I walked down the aisle. She thought of everything—like setting aside appetizers at our king table (I believe apps entrees) and making sure we had drinks ready for photos after the ceremony. The attention to detail was next-level. We went with the rodizio option, and WOW. Our guests are still raving about it! And our DJ kept the dance floor packed all night. It was just one incredible thing after another. The Cooper Estate exceeded all of our expectations. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a magical, stress-free, and unforgettable wedding experience.

We hosted our wedding at EPIC and loved everything about the venue. The food was fantastic, the views for the outdoor ceremony were beautiful, and the ballroom was sophisticated, warm, and inviting. We also hosted a room block for our guests, and everyone had the most wonderful things to say about the accommodations and location. Holly was absolutely incredible to work with. She was so fun, kind, and responsive, and she went above and beyond to work with us to incorporate our visions. We truly enjoyed spending time with her throughout the entire process, as she expertly answered our hundreds of emails and questions. We were worried hosting our wedding at a hotel pool/ballroom could be impersonal, but the moment we first saw the spaces and met Holly we knew this was no ordinary hotel wedding venue. Lastly, having the ceremony and reception venues, food, rentals, and hotel block all combined with one amazing point of contact made everything so much easier on us. We can’t recommend EPIC and Holly highly enough.

The Hilton Miami Downtown made everything exceptional for our special day and Joseph Castaneda made every single step of the process so easy. Joseph was the highlight for us. Whatever we needed, Joseph was extremely accommodating and thoughtful. From helping us coordinate the events of the day, to our dishes and hors d’oeuvers (all the food was delicious) and to even helping me with my dress on the day of! Joseph wears many hats and he’s the right kind of person you want on your day - you know that with him involved everything is going to go as planned or even better. The venue itself was beautiful. The setup was perfect and the space outside for pictures alongside the green wall was unbelievable, they turned out really nice! The Hilton was also helpful when it came to room blocks. They provided us status updates around our room blocks and helped give out welcome bags to our guests that booked through them. I recently hosted an event at The Amalfi Llama Miami for the first time and was genuinely impressed by how beautiful and spacious the restaurant is. There’s a gorgeous piano room that feels intimate and elegant, and a separate indoor-outdoor bar area that brings a more open, social energy. I got married here January 2025 and I cannot recommend Cauley Square enough! The venue offers an incredibly affordable all inclusive option for 100 guests which included dinner, drinks, all tables and chairs etc, DJ, and photographer--making the wedding planning so much easier. All I needed to do was book make up artists (the venue has a bridal suite for getting ready), buy a dress and set up some DIY decorations. The venue itself is incredibly charming, we got rave reviews from our guests who loved the atmosphere. Food is prepared by an onsite restaurant and so it was actually really delicious. And Abby (day of coordinator/wedding planner) was the sweetest and so incredibly helpful. Because of poor weather, we needed to move the reception indoors and set up tents for the outdoor ceremony. Abby made sure everything looked amazing and facetimed me the day before so I could see how the indoor set up was coming along. When I was disappointed that the reception could not be outdoors, the owner purchased new outdoor lights to create a little outdoor area for guests to hang out. This venue truly goes above and beyond! A hidden gem for sure!!

The Gardens of Weber Manor was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we toured the space, the owners, Mike (pictured with us below) and Emily, were fantastic. Communication throughout the planning process was timely, helpful, and incredibly personable in guiding us through each step. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful, with an open and flexible layout that allowed us to customize it to our vision. The options here are truly endless. We were impressed by the multiple options they offered to stay within our budget without compromising the quality and value. On the day of the wedding, Mike and Emily went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly - their constant communication and attentiveness made the day even more special than we could have hoped for. We are so grateful to the entire team at The Gardens of Weber Manor for helping make our dream wedding a reality. Ana's communication is amazing! She's very responsive and answered every question we had. Rancho Grande could not have been a more beautiful venue for our wedding! It has all the qualities we love, spacious enough to hold all our friends and family, but feels so cozy and personal too. Everyone absolutely loved the venue, like we did. They were so accommodating towards us, allowing us to leave our DIY decorations the day before so we wouldn't have to rush the day of the wedding, and also letting us come early to get ready for the day. If you're looking for a wedding venue, this is the perfect one. The owners are amazing and so welcoming/accommodating. The space was so beautiful, a perfect mix of ranch/saloon style, and elegance. Our day was perfect and I couldn't have asked for anything better.
