The General Potter Farm is an all-season venue for the ultimate in rustic barn weddings and events. Located just outside of State College, PA, the General Potter Farm sits on 12 acres of woods, fields and streams in Penns Valley. The Barn blends rustic charm and modern elegance, to offer the essential elements of successful, effortless entertaining. The 57 acre property will give a deep breath of relaxation to your event and can accommodate over 200 guests. Mark and Karlen have been restoring the farm for 19 years, one thing has been maintained as much as possible in its original form, the barn. The historic late 1800’s bank barn has many of the original board siding, only to be replaced in-like when needed. It boasts a very large 4 bay layout with the original chestnut flooring. The board siding allows the light to dance off the beautiful wood floors. It is a privilege for Mark and Karlen to invite you into their treasured barn and grounds.

Stone Ridge Acres started construction in 2019 and just recently started booking for 2021. It lies on a beautiful ridge in the heart of Pennsylvania. Stone Ridge Acres is owned and operated by Mike & Sarah Brubaker who reside in McAlisterville, Pa. Our goal is to provide a venue with a country-style, as the land surrounding is still being farmed, but has the elegant appeal that anyone would admire.
