I also dominate other classic cuisines such as Japanese, Asian fusion, Italian, French, Creole. We also do hibachi. Working in the culinary industry now for 18 years, I've developed a passion for cooking. (it's a culture) I have developed trust and transparency through cooking by better understanding of inclusion. understanding my food culture, and also other food cultures. loving and respecting all equally.
