Our two story grist mill dates back to 1860. Hold your event on the newly constructed decks surrounding the original structure. Mill Creek is an intimate wedding and event center for all occasions, nestled on 10 wooded acres in Griffin, Georgia located on US-19 right on the Pike County line. Our venue features amenities found nowhere else including the pre-civil war grist mill, open air pavilion overlooking the creek side ceremony area, a large cottage house dedicated to our couples to get ready in. You will love the bridal side and a private groom’s loft. In addition, the venue has onsite decor, catering prep area and 3 guest restrooms conveniently located.

The perfect setting for an unforgettable event, PowerHouse Private Event Venue provides three buildings, the Lower PowerHouse (seats 200 comfortably), the Upper PowerHouse (seats 200 for ceremony comfortably, 100 with tables comfortably) and the Forebay (can seat up to 350 comfortably), -all a unique combination of past and present.
