The Barton House was built in 1866 as the second oldest brick building in the San Bernardino Valley. La Villa Bella at The Historical San Antonio is the premier event location in Upland California. Welcome. The Mitten Building was built in 1890 as the Haigh Citrus Packing House. Then became Mitten Letter Factory from 1940-1980 and then it was restored by the current owners who appreciated its historical significance, sturdy brick walls, exposed rafters, beams and endless wood. Since 2000, our family has been hosting unique events in its Main Room multilevel interior, basement Speakeasy Bar and Summerbell Room beautiful with Garden Patio. The Grand 1401 offers two beautiful ballrooms. The Grand Ballroom is located on the 1st floor and has a capacity of up to 500 guests and comes with a Mezzanine that oversees the ballroom. The Grand on 10th is located on the 10th floor and has a capacity of up to 300 guests and has access to the veranda that overlooks downtown Fresno. The Grand 1401 is on the official list of the Nation's historic places worthy of preservation. The former SJL&P Building is a highly significant building in Fresno, both as a visual architectural landmark for the City and as an excellent example of the Italian Renaissance Revival style.

Originally called Cold Spring Ranch due to an ice cold spring. The Dorrington Hotel was built in 1852 by John Gardner who married Rebecca Dorrington and moved her out from Scotland. Historic Seven Sycamores Ranch was the original namesake of the McKellar’s citrus farm back in 1927. On this ranch, Hugh and Vernice McKellar built a home and raised their family. Under the new name of McKellar Ranch, their son, and our current owner, Farmer Bob McKellar, still farms the same citrus orchards that his father Hugh planted years and years ago. Spanning generations, the farm has been many things to many people. This place has been home to countless memories that have helped mold and shape lives. Historic Seven Sycamores isn't just a venue; it is a home with history at its heart, where life has lived. Where others can plant a seed and lay the foundation for their future – where together, they can make that promise grow.

The Liberace Mansion at 4982 Shirley Street is an integral part of the historical legacy of Las Vegas, Nevada. It was known, and will continue to be known forever, as the primary private residence of Las Vegas’ most famous entertainer, Liberace. The 14,393-square-foot mansion was created by combining two homes together to create a grandiose residence filled with art, collections from around the world, and celebrity-filled parties. After Liberace’s 1987 death, the mansion changed ownership several times and eventually fell into disrepair. English Businessman and Liberace fan Martyn Ravenhill discovered the dilapidated piece of Las Vegas entertainment history in foreclosure and purchased it with the goal of restoring it to its former grandeur. After investing millions of dollars in restoration efforts, the mansion regained its glitz and glamour and, in 2016, became the first Las Vegas residence receiving Clark County Historical Designation.
