Brie Silly Charcuterie was founded by Courtney White of Hattiesburg, MS, a proud graduate of Jones College’s Culinary Arts program. During her studies, Courtney mastered the art of presentation, knife skills, French cuisine, and fruit carving. Since then, she has elevated those skills by creating stunning fruit displays and carvings for events both big and small. When charcuterie began rising in popularity in 2020, Courtney combined her culinary creativity with her eye for design, experimenting with charcuterie boards and grazing tables. What started as a passion quickly grew into Brie Silly Charcuterie.

Mother-daughter duo that loves helping Acadiana celebrate all the big moments, little moments, and everything in between. They have been providing friends and family with their talents of all things grazing for years and finally in 2018 they decided to branch out to the public. With countless hours of hard work under their belts, the doors of Graze Acadiana finally opening in early 2019.

I love to make every occasion a special day by creating an experience tailored to each client. With over 14 years of culinary experience across the globe, I have the skills and passion to make sure your event is executed at the highest level, and I pride myself on being flexible and easy to work with. I make everything in house, creating beautifully rustic dishes across all cuisines, and I can accomodate any dietary restrictions necessary while maintaining the quality you deserve and expect!

I was raised in a small community in Northern California. Like New Orleans, California is a place where fresh food is part of the culture. Paella is the national dish of Spain, blending visual beauty and taste. We bring the dish alive at private events, weddings, farmers markets and festivals. Our paellas are made with love to appreciate New Orleans culture; its tremendous bounty of seafood, love of a great party, and respect for tradition. Laissez les bon temps rouler!

Being born in South America and Metairie, La native since the age of 3, I am a self taught chef who devotes her talents to Southern BBQ and Creole, Cajun infused world of cuisines with beautiful plates, simplistic flair and impeccable flavors. That Cheese Chick has a passion for sharing our love of cheese with everyone we meet. We are located at 224 Fremaux Ave in Olde Towne, Slidell LA. Since we first opened in August of 2020 we’ve been devoted to providing the highest quality cheeses & offerings. We carefully curate all of our signature boxes and boards. From small gatherings at home to a full catered wedding we are eager to please.
