We celebrated our wedding at Williams on the Lake in March 2023 and everything was absolutely perfect! They were easy to work with and east to communicate with. The food was so wonderful, we had so many compliments! They handled everything from set up to tear down which was so great and took away a lot of stress for us. All we had to do was drop off and load up our decorations that we used. I can't say enough good things about our experience here and how awesome the staff was!

The Hotel at Oberlin ended up being the perfect place for our wedding. The location is close to pretty much anything you'll need for a wedding weekend. It's within a 1 minute walk to a variety of potential photograph locations (e.g. Hall Auditorium, Tappan Square...) as well as business (e.g. salons, restaurants, cafes) that can help your wedding day go smoothly. There are also a variety of potential ceremony locations within walking distance. We chose the Apollo Theater across the street. The team at the hotel, especially Lauren, was responsive and helpful every step of the way. The chef and Lauren worked together to accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions and requests (e.g. extra entree option, catered lunch and snacks...). They were also helpful with managing the linen rentals, room design, and room block reservations. Guests were charmed by Oberlin and gave us feedback that they enjoyed being able to slow and down and enjoy small town life during the weekend. Thank you Lauren and the rest of the team of making our weekend so special:) Photo: Photo credit Lindsey Beckwith, florals by Blossom.

We just recently had our wedding at Jorgensen Farms Oak Grove on 09/20/2025 and we cannot say enough good things about this venue. For one, the pictures speak for themselves, but the venue is 10x more beautiful (if that's even possible) in person. The ambiance is unmatched, and makes you feel like you're in a modern fairy tale. And that's what the staff at Jorgensen made our wedding day feel like - a fairy tale. Alyssa was our day of coordinator and was absolutely wonderful - she communicated with us very early on and established a timeline based on our wants for the day, and made sure that everything went flawlessly. She assisted with all the other vendors, and when things popped up, I didn't even notice (in the best way) because she had them handled! Paige with catering was also wonderful and a pleasure to work with throughout the process of the tasting, booking, and coordinating the catering side of things. The food was PHENOMENAL, and I think I'm going to need to pay them for their Asiago gnocchi recipe. Our guests are still raving to me about all the apps, salad (uh lemon poppyseed? YES PLEASE), entrees, and desserts (don't sleep on that mini creme brulee). Riley and Mandi with the Jorgensen floral were also gems to work with and created bouquets and arrangements that so exceeded my expectations. Overall, I cannot recommend this venue and their multiple teams enough. Thank you for making our wedding day nothing short of perfect!

We love working with couples at Nationwide Hotel for several reasons. First, it is logistically so much easier for couples to have everything taking place in one location. They can stay overnight the night before, get ready there, ceremony, photos, reception, and then afterward all of their guests can stay right there. This means there is no need to coordinate guest transportation, off-site hotels, bridal party transportation for photos, or have an elongated break for photography after the ceremony since it is much faster to do on site. Second, there are plenty of outdoor spaces for couples or bridal party photos if it rains! This is a huge advantage that not all venues have and rain is a real concern for an Ohio wedding. Third, there is a variety of spots on the property for doing group or couples photos. You can have the look of brick, green lawn, the beautiful pergola with all the greenery, the iconic covered walkway, some flowers, a tree-lined area where the leaves change colors SO perfectly in the Fall, and of course the fountain! By the way, the pond is amazing for sunset photos! We have been at Nationwide many times as photographers and always had a great experience. The food was always hot and served on schedule, and their staff is so friendly and genuinely wants to create the best experience for their guests. You cannot go wrong with any of their event spaces!
