Adam gave us really exciting options before our tasting. We picked ratatouille, vegan cream cheese grits, and root veggies. We added focaccia for those who could eat gluten. We did vegetarian passed apps - highly recommend Adam's red bean hummus and devilled eggs.”

Growing up I have always been a person whose enjoyed great food. My aunt would always take me to 5-star restaurants in Beverly Hills. I never thought I would turn out to be a great cook, but my friends always seems to enjoy it. I met my husband in college and he played football, his favorite thing in the world was food. We now have three children and my favorite pass time is creating a great cuisine full of flavor. Growing up in California by way of Louisiana, Mexican, Soul Food, and Southern Cuisine are my most valued dishes.
