Since 1994 we've been a family-owned business. My parents owned and operated a uniform and linen factory that is still in operation today. In 2001, they opened a linen rental business in downtown Chamblee that serviced the most prestigious clients in the Atlanta area. From Turner Field to Bacchanalia we learned the ins and outs of being hospitable to the hospitality industry. In 2016, we sold the business, and in 2017 we renamed the space to Factory Atlanta. We want to work with people who have a vision for their project, their big day, or their milestone event.

Built from the granite of Stone Mountain, 550 Trackside was established as a Cotton Warehouse in 1904. Over the years, it has been known as The Langley General Store, The Mercantile Exchange, A Feed and Seed Co., the Grinder and the Goldkist Building. Prior to opening in 2008, we renovated, restored, and designed the venue to be a space where people can gather, connect, celebrate, and create memories. The high ceilings of 100-year-old rough-hewn wood, archways, chandeliers, furnishings, and attention to detail, captures and maintains its turn of the century authenticity and charm.

Boasting over 12,000 square feet of event space, the ballroom can accommodate up to 1,500 guests, making it suitable for both intimate gatherings and grand celebrations. The venue features dividing walls that allow for adaptable room sizes, ensuring the space can be tailored to fit the specific needs of each event. Included in the rental are 500 padded ballroom chairs, 50 round tables, 10 six-foot tables, 10 eight-foot tables, and a 16x32-foot adjustable stage

Ashton Gardens is the Atlanta area’s premier wedding venue, located in the heart of Georgia for a perfect blend of city convenience and serene landscapes. Our signature glass chapel, surrounded by lush greenery and soft, natural light delivers a stunning natural ambience for your ceremony, while our ballroom, with its floor-to-ceiling windows and glistening crystal chandeliers, creates an unmatched setting for your once-in-a-lifetime celebration.

As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.

Overlooking Vickery Creek, the 25,000 sq. ft deck is the perfect space for an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour, complete with sofas, park benches, trees, and fairy lights. Your go-to planning person, they will help in finding and scheduling all vendors, making a timeline for the day of, putting together your floor plan, menu choices, and much more. Eliminating the need for an outside planner or Day-of Coordinator! The Roswell Mill is full of history, and it can be the perfect place for you to begin making your own!

Primrose Cottage, a quaint name that is seemingly deceptive, has enchanted visitors with its presence in charming, historic Roswell since 1839. Roswell King lovingly built the home for his daughter. The wedding venue itself is large in size, but offers a very intimate setting, perfect for your spring or summer wedding. Nestled on the edge of a stately front lawn, the three-story home and ballroom are hidden from outside view. Primrose Cottage possesses secret enchanting gardens, luring its guests to a quest of discovery.

Built in 1928, the Piedmont Room was first the home of the clubhouse for the golf course that resided within Piedmont Park. Now, it hosts some of Atlanta’s most memorable occasions. The original Stone Mountain granite walls and ivy-covered windows remain in the foyer while the main room features a modern feel with soaring windows, dark bamboo hardwoods and 15+’ ceilings.

Located in West Midtown Atlanta and built in 1970s, you will be greeted by the history that makes The West Venue the only venue of its kind in Atlanta. For years, the space was used to host congregations until 2003 when it was converted into an event hall. Welcome to 42 West! Congrats on your special day! We are situated in a 50 year old building right in the middle of the hustle bustle of the West Side. Our space has all new upgrades and the warmth of unique brick touches. We are one of the newest independent venues on the west side of Atlanta with the only true outdoor space. The Horse Park was built for the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Equestrian events and first ever mountain biking course in an Olympics. It is one of very few venues built for an Olympics that still operates in its original intent.

1910. That’s when this studio was built. That’s more than 100 years ago. Before the Titanic. Before World War I. Of course, when they built it they didn’t know it was a studio. They thought they’d built a factory for transforming raw cotton into fire-retardant fabrics. And they did just that for about 84 years. Next came a few years of hand-wringing and a few more of neglect and abandonment. In 2007, they finally turned it over to Jason Ivany. He set it back on track and transformed it into the daylight studio it was always meant to be just before the 100 year mark.
