The venue features a full kitchen, seating area, 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, 2 pull out couches, the ballroom, and lounge/billiard room where there's plenty of room for mingling with your guests after dinner! There's also a bar area where you can enjoy drinks before or after dinner if desired!

Our space provides many unique vignettes; including a gallery of antique motorcycles, a vintage bar, and a 1958 Airstream turned into a lounge. WAREHOUSE 109 will assist you throughout your special event and there will be a venue manager on-site.

An intimate and versatile venue designed to host various gatherings and functions. Our space is well-suited for events such as meetings, workshops, seminars, bridal showers, birthday parties, and small receptions. The Coventry Room was carefully curated to create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

The Contemporary Art Center is a great choice for your next event from birthday parties to wedding receptions. The beautiful facility offers a meeting space of nearly 3,000 square feet, tables, chairs, a bar area with special lighting and two insulated ice bins, a full kitchen with a large refrigerator and freezer, a stage with lighting and sound system, restroom facilities, plenty of parking space and lots more. The wheelchair accessible facility is located on Peoria’s RiverFront on the 2nd floor of the building in an old warehouse with original exposed red brick and wood floors. Your guests can enjoy the art exhibit during your event as well. You may use any caterer you wish or cater the event yourself.
