My husband and I were married at Laplace in September 2020. It was perfect! They have bridal suites for getting ready and a few different options for ceremony and receptions depending on your style. I loved how easy everything was. We didn't have to worry about anything at all. The set up was done for us. The clean up was done for us. We were able to pick and choose colors, decor, lighting, etc. The food was amazing! It was hot and fresh which is different than other weddings I've attended. For a stress free wedding or any event, this is definitely the place to go!

We had a fantastic experience hosting our wedding at the House of Blues Cleveland. The venue offers a unique, vintage vibe that perfectly matched the aesthetic we were going for. Haley and her team were communicative, direct, and thoughtful every step of the way. They made sure we understood all the details and helped us create a smooth, stress-free wedding day. The all-inclusive wedding package was a great value - it covered everything from decor to catering to extra rehearsal time before so we could practice our first dance. On the big day itself, Haley and staff were attentive without being overbearing. They made sure we wanted for nothing. The vintage, rock and roll atmosphere was full of warmth and joy. The Lake Erie Building

5.0

Lakewood, OH
  • Up to 349 guests

  • Starts at $4,000

Five fun facts about the Lake Erie Building: 1. We were originally built to be Templar Motors back in 1917. There were less than 3,000 of these cars ever manufactured and if you look carefully, you may even be able to spot one while in the event space! 2. Omni Lakewood purchased the building in 2005 and now manages the building, which has been divided into individual suites that are home to over 100 businesses. 3. The west parking lot where our dock is located used to be a test track for Templar Motors. 4. We host only one event per weekend and give our clients access beginning on Wednesday so they can bring in all their personal touches! We also only require cards and gifts go with them that night and everything else can stay giving you more time to spend with your new spouse! 5. We include a private parking lot and have a huge municipal lot across the street that's available to guests. We offer 3 wedding rental packages.

As a bride, ease what you want! The Lake Erie Building took so much stress off of my wedding planning. They work closely with others vendors and provide so many goods and services to accessorize your day. The Lake Erie building is so pretty that it makes decorating a breeze, and the aesthetic is your photographer’s dream. I don’t know why you’d get married anywhere else in Cleveland!
