After hobby baking for friends and family for 20 years I was encouraged by my sister to start my home bakery business in 2020. This year we are opening our storefront in Sevierville. I have had the honor of making over a 1000 wedding cakes.

Laura Curtis, a Culinary Institute of America grad, was working as a R&D chef when she made her first batch of bright pink, tart & fruity Raspberry Hibiscus marshmallows. Her husband suggested she name the new amply fluffy creations Malvi, short for malvavisco, the Spanish word for marshmallow. She created Malvi Mallows using European-Style butter and Fair-Trade chocolate to make Malvi cookies extra rich, and dried hibiscus flowers, locally roasted espresso, whole vanilla bean, and organic Georgia peanuts to maximize marshmallow flavors, then built a business so that everyone can party s'more.

Riverside Canning Co has been in business for 4 years now. Although my cake journey started on 2001. All of my fillings are homemade and award winning. I am certified thru Wilton in cake decorating and fondant work.
