Our philosophy hasn't changed over our 15 years here in Boise. We will not serve anything that we wouldn't serve to our family. We source locally first, designing menus around fresh, organic, sustainable ingredients whenever possible. We search high and low for crew members who are hard-working and share our love of great food and wine. We support local farmers, winemakers, entertainers, athletes, musicians and we make it a point to shop at local businesses. April Hale has been catering in Boise since 2007, but her love of cooking started when she was 9 years old in her parent’s kitchen in Indiana. April’s mom didn’t enjoy cooking, and April didn’t enjoy dishes, so the swap was made, and thus began her love affair with food. She started out with a Chemistry major in college (graduated with a BSBM with a Chemistry minor) and always envisioned her professional career in a lab. Little did she know her lab would turn out to be the kitchen.

Tuck-ins are a roastable, Inside-Out S’more on a stick, each containing a crunchy handmade graham cracker, covered in decadent chocolate, all inside a fluffy marshmallow! Tuck-ins® are available in Classic, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter! Tuck-ins can be given out as favors with guests roasting them at home over a gas or electric stove. You can even have your own roasting station at your event with TerraFlame Fire Bowls available through Tuck-ins!

Cam FitzPatrick: Born and raised in the mountains of Jackson, Wyoming. Cam has been working in the bartending and restaurant industry for many years. When he's not pouring drinks, he's focused on his professional snowboard career. Rene´ FitzPatrick:​ Also born and raised in the mountains of Jackson, René has been bartending and creating her own cocktail recipes in the valley for the last 4 years. Previous to bartending she worked weddings and events in the area for many seasons. The combination of both passions has lead her to where she is today.

We are a mother daughter duo who had this idea to remodel a camper trailer into a mobile bar! We love celebrating the good times, and yummy drinks! Bubbly is one of the first mobile bars in the Twin Falls area! We can do weddings, bridal showers, birthday parties, baby showers, corporate events, or just good old fashioned get togethers!
