Our venue is nestled in the heart of East Texas and sits on a beautiful 5 acres — PERFECT for any indoor/outdoor event. Our Venue can accommodate up to 200 guests. And offers over night stays for up to 20 people. The Bridal House can sleep up to 14 guests which is perfect for the night before your big day!! And not only do we have a Bridal Suite for the Bridal Party to get ready but we also have a separate house for the Groom and Groomsmen to have their space to get ready. The Groom’s house has sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests as well as games, outdoor seating area, and so much more!! Our Venue has a HUGE 3,000 sq ft. heated/cooled Reception barn which is perfect for busting a move on the dance floor and celebrating with your loved ones. Welcome. In 2019 Robbie, Jim and Brandy sat around a patio table jotting down ideas for a venue they had talked about for years. That began the year-long journey to build the venue that they envisioned. Opening in the middle of a pandemic was a setback but Hidden Pines has survived and is ready to host weddings, proms, baby showers, and more! We wanted to have a venue that allowed our clientele to enjoy the hundreds of acreage surrounding the venue. From the moment you turn on the cedar-lined road to the venue you are surrounded by beautiful East Texas panoramic scenery until you arrive at the venue tucked away back in the pines of Mineola, Texas.

Oak Hill Estate hosts both a historic home and a banquet space on its premises. The house is approximately 2,600 sq ft while the banquet space is about 6,700 square feet. The exterior of the estate is meticulously cared for, showcasing green lawns and landscaped gardens. Couples will have separate get-ready spaces, each with their own aesthetic. The kitchen comes fully equipped. Ceremonies can take place indoors or out, and the same goes for receptions. Couples holding their wedding celebration at Oak Hill Estate will have the opportunity to rent various useful additions from the venue’s collection. These may include chairs, tables, chandeliers, centerpieces, bistro tables, and many other items. Two set packages are available. Each of these offers two-day rental blocks as well as seating provisions. In addition to weddings, this venue is pleased to host social gatherings, parties, reunions, retreats, and more.

Casa Blanca, formerly known as The Old Omen House Venue, is an outdoor venue tucked away in the beautiful scenic East Texas. The outdoor pavilion can accommodate approximately 150 sitting guests, with plenty of space for more within the private garden. The garden features many beautiful opportunities for great photos. The pavilion can be enclosed when the weather gets too cold. Casa Blanca is attached to a remodeled 2 story turn of a century old house. The guesthouse is a great added option to stay overnight, and can accommodate up to 10 guests.

Situated in the pine trees of Nacogdoches, Texas, our 1914 registered historic church was home to one of the oldest African American congregations in the state. Built by famed architect Diedrich Rulfs, Zion Hill Baptist Church is the embodiment of timeless Southern elegance and simplicity. The church has been restored over the years to its former glory and updated with modern heating and cooling systems, security systems, and handicap accessibility so that it may continue to be a pillar of the community through historical preservation and social engagement. Zion Hill can accommodate a variety of events such as wedding ceremonies, micro receptions, bridal showers, and more. Enjoy the rolling hills and beautiful countryside at the oldest winery in Henderson County Texas. Couples have a choice of the Winery, Vineyard, and/or the Murchison Mansion available as their venue. We can accommodate the Shower, Wedding, Reception, and/or the Honeymoon. Elopements welcome too! We can get couples in touch with local vendors for planning, catering, clergy, and photography.

The hand-crafted Gazebo structure is a 320-square foot outdoor venue that provides a beautiful backdrop for a wide variety of celebrations. The Gazebo is equipped with lighting and electrical outlets, making it a versatile choice regardless of the time of the event. Our stunning indoor venue spans an entire second floor overlooking the beautiful oak trees located in Oak Crossing’s park & Gazebo area. The 4200-square-foot TreeHouse is elegantly decorated in a muted pallet to complement any color choices. It can be divided into two distinct sections, allowing it to accommodate multiple events of varying size.
