Ever since I was a young kid studying (and sketching!) bugs in the backyard, I've had a fierce love for the details in the little moments of this crazy life. I got my first "real" camera when I was 12 and was instantly hooked. As I grew, so did my passion and ability to translate those moments into memories. I had the chance to help photograph a wedding when I was 17 and wow! What an experience! That night, I looked through the photos and fell in love. I knew that capturing the moments that would mean something to someone for the rest of their life was where I belonged.

I started photography in high school and fell in love with all that my camera and I could do. In my college years at the University of Iowa, I was able to strengthen my photography skills by taking an internship with a wedding company. Shortly after graduation, I moved back to the Chicago suburbs and began growing my business. A few years later, and I am extremely grateful for everything I have been able to accomplish. ​

Originally from Colombia, I now call California home! At an early I began to take an interest in capturing the world as I saw it, as I followed my passion in photography it has taken me all around the world. I knew this passion was more than a hobby, so I pursued a degree in production photography and after graduating I decided that it was time for me to start fresh here in the United States.
